Priority Orders - For Our Valued Regulars
Hi! This page is our way of making sure we can say yes as often as possible when you need something fast, or in bigger batches than usual. Because rush and bulk requests take extra care in the kitchen, orders here work a little differently from our regular shop. A quick check with us first, a small priority fee, and we’re on it.
How It Works
1. Tell us what you need
Fill out the request form below — delivery date, quantity, and any special requests. This isn’t an instant checkout; we confirm availability first since these orders go beyond our regular daily batch.
2. We confirm within 2-4 hours during business hours
We’ll check kitchen capacity and get back to you via Viber (0917 190 0578) or email with a confirmation and an invoice link.
3. Secure your order
Once confirmed, complete payment through the invoice link to lock in your slot. Orders are only guaranteed once payment is received. This keeps our production schedule fair for everyone in the queue.
Priority Order Terms
- Applies to Bakes orders only (cookies, pastries and breads). For wedding cakes, catering, or events, please reach out through our regular events inquiry process instead via audreyspastries@gmail.com or hi@audreyspastries.com
- Priority fee: 20% of order value, on top of standard pricing.
- Minimum order value for same-day requests: ₱1,500. This matches or exceeds our usual order minimum, since same-day requests take extra coordination.
- Daily priority slots are limited. We can only confirm a set number of same-day/bulk requests per day to protect quality for all our clients. The earlier you reach out, the better we can accommodate you.
- Confirmation is required before an order is considered booked. A request submitted does not guarantee availability until you receive our confirmation and invoice.
